The administrator of kharkivmetro.org is the data controller. For privacy matters, use the contact form.
What data we collect
- Contact form: name, email and message — only when you submit the form, solely to reply.
- Server logs: IP address, browser, requested URL and timestamp — kept temporarily for security.

Purpose of processing
- Replying to messages sent via the contact form.
- Site security (anti-spam and abuse protection).
- Aggregate traffic statistics (no personal identification).
Legal basis
Processing is based on your consent (contact form) and our legitimate interest in operating and securing the site — in line with the Ukrainian Personal Data Protection Act and the EU GDPR for EU users.
Retention
Form messages are kept for up to 24 months. Server logs rotate every 30 days.
Third parties
We do not sell or share personal data with advertisers. The site uses these technical services:
- Cloudflare (CDN & security) — processes IP addresses for abuse protection.
- Google reCAPTCHA — on the contact form.
- Google AdSense — may display ads; personalisation controls are in your Google account.
Your rights
You may access, correct or delete your data, restrict processing and withdraw consent at any time.

The site uses HTTPS and modern security headers.
